The Associação Loteamento Praia Canoé is a non-profit civil entity governed by private law and was created on 02/22/2019 with the aim of managing the common areas of the Loteamento Praia Canoé project, located in the Municipality of Fortim – CE.

It is made up of all buyers of lots in this project and is maintained by association fees paid monthly by their respective owners.

Among the entity’s main responsibilities, we highlight:

• Ensure compliance with the rules established in the Internal Regulations;
• Provide the Enterprise with Concierge, Janitorial and Security Services;
• Care for, clean and maintain common areas, green areas, reception, social club and its equipment;
• Promote integration and community spirit among associates, improving the quality of life within the enterprise;
• Analyze and approve the projects of houses and buildings to be built in the project;
• Relationship and institutional promotion with public authorities and society;
